We service and repair Ford Raptor Fox Shocks on both Gen1 Raptor SVT(2010-2014) and Gen 2 Raptor (2017-Present) along with Fox 2.0, Fox 3.0 Internal and External Bypass Shocks.
Starting out in the racing shock industry 2011, we diversified into the Ford Raptor and Fox Shock market in 2016. Since then, we have purchased enough sets of shocks to make our exchange program fast and simple. We try our best to keep our turnaround time down to a minimum and that usually means anywhere from 0-7 days, depending on call volume.
The biggest problem we see with shocks when returned to us is low nitrogen pressure. We recommend all shocks be outfitted with a Schrader Valve assembly($25 cost per shock) so you can properly check and maintain the correct Nitrogen pressure in your shocks. Just like the tires on your truck, your shocks need to have the proper amount of nitrogen in them or they will fail over time. Keeping them properly inflated will lead to better ride quality and will extend the life of your shocks as well. Recommended nitrogen pressure is between 200-250psi. We set them at 250psi for many reasons. You can always call us if you have any questions.
Condition of shocks is important and we do our best to make sure that the appearance of your shocks you receive from us are in very good condition.
With our exchange program we completely disassemble, clean and rebuild with OE Fox Rebuild Kits and new Fox Suspension Oil.
If you don't want to do the exchange program and want to keep your shocks, just send them to us and we will have them rebuilt and shipped back to you within 2 days of receiving them.

We do everything we can to make sure we can refund you as much of your deposit back as possible. Trust us, this makes us both happy because you get more money back, and we don't have to order replacement parts.
The unfortunate truth is the shocks almost ALWAYS need parts. We have to replace what needs to be replaced so the next customer, who gets the shocks you return to us, receives a quality shock. We will not sacrifice the quality of the shocks that leave our shop over price. It's just how we do business.
In the long run, you will always have a better shock after we rebuild it than when it was new. The addition of the schrader valve alone will make your shocks last longer if you maintain them and service them like you should. Treat them like your tires and make sure they are properly inflated!
